• wow99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment services, or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• wow99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of enhanced due diligence.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, wow99 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• Processing fees are not charged by wow99 on standard MYR withdrawals; third-party provider fees remain the responsibility of the Member.

All games offered on the wow99 Platform are powered by certified third-party software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and audited for fairness. wow99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Member's misunderstanding of game rules, incorrect bet placement, or technical interruptions outside of wow99's direct control. In the event of a technical malfunction during an active game round, wow99's decision on the resolution of that round shall be final, provided the outcome is determined fairly and in accordance with the relevant game rules.

Incomplete game rounds at the time of a server disruption or scheduled maintenance will be resolved using the game state data retained at the point of interruption, where technically feasible. Any disputes arising from game outcomes must be raised with our support team within 72 hours of the relevant event.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wow99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live dealer games.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Using Platform promotions in combination with external bookmakers or other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using another person's payment method, personal information, or account credentials to access the Platform.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in games or the Platform's payment systems to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Conduct: Directing threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive communications toward wow99 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

wow99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in any criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Member under our Responsible Gambling Policy;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.

Upon account closure, any outstanding balance of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

All content published on the wow99 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "wow99", logos, game interfaces, graphical elements, promotional materials, written copy, software, and database structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of wow99 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written authorisation from wow99.

wow99 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country or state of residence.
